Below the city the secrets flow

Tickets

From Tuesday 30 June we look forward to welcoming you in De Ruien again! Our relaunch will take place under strict observance of the measures imposed. This means that in addition to the necessary attention to hygiene and the safety of both employees and visitors, we will also strictly respect social distancing of 1.5 meters.

In order to avoid the spread of the coronavirus, we will only offer interactive tablet walks during the initial phase. For the time being, we will only allow a limited number of visitors during fixed time slots. Only visitors with a valid e-ticket will have access to De Ruien. Visitors who are entitled to a free ticket or discount are invited to book their ticket via reservaties@deruien.be.

All guided day visits have already been cancelled until 13 July 2020 and will start again on Tuesday 14 July 2020 (subject to a possible delay). Guided nocturnes and walks combining De Ruien and Sint-Carolus Borromeus will restart at a later date. The school visits are cancelled until Monday 31 August 2020. New reservations for the next school year are subject to possible delay.
